This also applies to citizens with reduced mobility, contracted doctors, and citizens needing medical care. The same goes for those who need to work, study, or have health reasons, provided they use electric, hybrid, or low-emission vehicles.
ZTL Palermo: Passes
Regarding the pass, it’s important to know that there are different types of passes based on duration:
- Daily: costs €5 for petrol and diesel cars, €2.50 for hybrid, methane, and LPG cars.
- Daily pass for bus lines, heavy tourist vehicles, and those providing line tourist services, costing €30.
- Monthly Pass
- Annual Pass
For people with electric cars or those with limited mobility, as well as other categories on the whitelist, the pass is always free. Passes can be purchased online, at Amat counters, or at ACI offices in Palermo and its province.
